Shipping costs

Dispatch & delivery times

  • Most orders are dispatched the next business day. Some items can take up to 3 business days to leave us.
  • As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send tracking so you can follow it to your door.
  • Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the carrier.

Tracked & insured

Every order over $30 is sent tracked and insured, and packed with care by our team — so it arrives safely, and you always know where it is.

Free shipping and regional delivery

Standard delivery is $7, or free on eligible orders of $150 or more. Regional freight charges can apply to selected bulky items. Express shipping is not available for those items. Footscray Click & Collect is free.

Regional freight charges apply only to selected bulky items whose product pages include our delivery calculator. Other products retain their usual delivery options. Only postcodes classified by the Australian Bureau of Statistics as Outer Regional, Remote or Very Remote can attract a freight charge. Capital cities, Major Cities and Inner Regional areas are exempt.

Where the freight cost is $100 or less per item, no bulky-item surcharge applies. Above $100, the full freight cost applies, rounded up to the next $10. Spending $150 on products does not waive this charge. We honour the delivery charge shown at checkout and do not ask for more after you order.

For example, a freight cost of $183 produces a $190 delivery charge.
