Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on orders over $150, Australia-wide.
• On orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order — so you’ll always see the cost before you pay.
• Prefer to pick up? Click & Collect from our Footscray store is always free.

Dispatch & delivery times

• Most orders are dispatched the next business day. Some items can take up to 3 business days to leave us.
• As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send tracking so you can follow it to your door.
• Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the carrier.

Tracked & insured

Every order over $30 is sent tracked and insured, and packed with care by our team — so it arrives safely, and you always know where it is.
