Refund policy

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not working, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be in original condition with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

 

We cover the cost of return postage for confirmed faulty or damaged items — contact us first at info@scarlettmusic.com.au or (03) 4151 5751 and we'll arrange it.

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. After the 7-day window, we'll arrange a manufacturer warranty repair on your behalf and keep you informed throughout.

 

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer change-of-mind returns.
