An updated edition of Franz Wilhelm Ferling's classic 48 Studies for Oboe, Op. 31, published with two piano accompaniment downloads. Complete with beautiful engraving, Ferling's essential studies feature detailed edits from Nancy Clauter, Professor of Oboe at the University of Kentucky. Clauter has provided updated fingerings and notes that reflect the modernization of the instrument since this book's original publication. The download contains practice and performance-speed piano accompaniments composed by pianist John Walker. There is also a download of the piano accompaniment music as printable PDF files. A perfect choice for recital or contest use, this edition of the Ferling 48 Studies for Oboe is one that no serious oboist should be without! For intermediate to advanced players.
