If you are a musician who has an AER Compact Mobile portable amplifier, this is a heavy-duty 5-metre specialized power cable designed by AER (Audio Electric Research). It is built specifically to connect their iconic Compact Mobile series battery-powered acoustic amplifiers directly to external power. FEATURES: Busking and Outdoor Performances: It allows musicians to power their 60W acoustic amplifier directly from a car's cigarette lighter socket or a 12V automotive battery. This is ideal for playing in areas without mains power outlets. Bypassing / Supplementing Internal Batteries: The Compact Mobile amp uses internal lead-acid or AGM batteries that take hours to recharge. This cable lets you perform continuously on travel setups without relying purely on internal battery limits. Extended Setup Freedom: At 5 metres long, the cable gives buskers and mobile performers plenty of distance to place the amplifier away from the vehicle. Please Note: This is NOT a charging cable, it is purely to give you the option to power your Compact Mobile via a 12V power source.
