David Shaffer has created a spectacular setting of this classic hymn foryounger musicians. As a graceful introduction leads into the flowing o pening statement of the melody, the arrangement grows with dramatic energy throughout. Although simple, the classic David Shaffer harmonies andcounter-melodic writing make this arrangement a joy to teach and to per form. How better to teach the concepts of legato style and phase development. Especially appropriate for holiday concerts, this arrangement isalso a perfect choice for both concert and festival performances. Amazing Grace Arranger: David Shaffer Publisher: C.L.
