Description

SKU M3612612

Classical Uke, by professional ukulele player and teacher Paul Mansell, provides an outstanding collection of 20 classical pieces arranged for both High G (Reentrant) and Low G ukulele. Mixing famous pieces by Bach, Carulli and Sor with some less well-known, but equally beautiful pieces, such as Bianco fiore by Negri and Allegro by Giuliani, Paul's book is destined to be a classic in its own right.

'This is a fantastic addition to the growing canon of work produced for those who graduate from the joy of singing and strumming chords to fall in love with the delicate voice that the ukulele possesses when played fingerstyle... It is an absolute pleasure to include this book as a source of material in the next syllabus revision for VCM.' Colin Tribe, VCM Examiner and Ukulele Syllabus Writer

Paul Mansell began studying the classical guitar at the age of 15 and went on to gain Grade 8 with distinction. In 2015 he achieved an Honours Diploma (AVCM) on the ukulele from the Victoria College of Music. Paul earns his living from playing, performing and teaching both classical guitar and ukulele.

All the arrangements include both ukulele tablature and music notation and digital downloads of all the pieces, played by Paul, is included.
