Description

SKU EJ24

The D’Addario EJ24 set is designed for players seeking a balanced feel and tone, particularly suited for DADGAD and other alternative tunings. Featuring slightly lighter 3rd, 4th, and 5th strings than standard mediums, these strings provide improved playability and even tension across the set. The result is a smoother response for both fingerstyle and strumming, offering clarity and projection that adapts beautifully to modern acoustic styles. Crafted in the USA, D’Addario’s Phosphor Bronze strings are precision wound onto a high-carbon steel core, producing a warm, rich tone with excellent sustain and intonation. Their corrosion-resistant packaging ensures lasting freshness, while the set’s responsiveness and durability make them a top choice for players demanding both comfort and performance in standard or DADGAD tuning. Optimized gauges for DADGAD tuning and balanced medium tension Phosphor Bronze wrap delivers warm, bright, and well-balanced tone Ideal for fingerstyle, Celtic, and modern acoustic playing Precision-wound on hexagonal high-carbon steel core for long-lasting tone Made in the USA with environmentally friendly packaging Specs String Type Acoustic Guitar Material Phosphor Bronze Core Material High-Carbon Steel (Hex Core) Tuning Standard / DADGAD Gauges .013, .017, .024w, .032, .042, .056 Tone Warm, Bright, and Balanced Packaging Corrosion-Resistant, Eco-Friendly Made in USA
