Rooted in generations of D’Addario string making expertise, Pro-Arte’ Nylon is our archetypal classical set. The bass strings are made with a multifilament nylon core and wound with silver-plated copper, for an exceptionally warm and consistent response. Coupled with clear nylon treble strings, which deliver sweet, mellow highs, Pro-Arte’ Nylon gives you the sound and feel that has come to define classical guitar. DRIVEN BY PRECISION All Pro-Arte treble strings are manufactured with our in-house extruded nylon, ensuring consistent strings with precise intonation. Pro-Arté basses are wound using silver-plated copper on a multi-filament nylon core for consistent and warm, yet projecting tone. EJ45 - Normal Tension EJ45 n ormal tension is our best-selling tension, preferred for the balance of rich tone, comfortable feel, and dynamic projection. EJ46 - Hard Tension EJ46 h ard tension strings provide a rich, bold tone and strong projection. EJ44 - Extra Hard Tension EJ44 extra hard tension set provides maximum string resistance and projection.
