The Dimarzio Sugar Chakra Bridge Humbucker Pickup is a high-performance guitar pickup designed for musicians seeking clarity and sustain in their sound. Developed for Phil Collen of Def Leppard, this unique pickup features a side-by-side single coil size with the weight and attack of a full-sized humbucker, making it ideal for bridge position applications.
Key features of the Sugar Chakra include:
- Twin blade construction that eliminates 60 cycle hum
- No string dropouts, ensuring consistent performance
- Avoids sustain-killing magnet pull for enhanced sustain
- Output: 337mV
- Color: Black
The Sugar Chakra delivers a thick, creamy tone with crunchy mids, providing a smooth top end that cuts through the mix. Phil Collen, who has exclusively used DiMarzio pickups for over 40 years, describes the Sugar Chakra as "really clear and precise" with "all the balls and the fire power," making it an excellent addition to any guitarist's setup.
Whether you're performing live or recording in the studio, the Dimarzio Sugar Chakra Bridge Humbucker Pickup offers an articulate sound with dynamic response, perfect for players looking to elevate their tone.
