Product Information Ernie Ball’s Limited-edition Papa Het’s Hardwired Master Core Signature electric guitar strings are the result of a decade’s worth of collaboration between Metallica’s legendary frontman and the only string company that he deems “Metallica proof.” It’s no surprise that James Hetfield’s signatures strings are hardwired for raw power, boasting a thick Paradigm core wire and plasma-enhanced nickel-plated steel wrap wire to withstand his aggressive onslaught of all-downpicked riffage. The plain strings are also constructed with a paradigm core but bolstered with brass RPS reinforcement at the ball ends, which guitarists find greatly enhances tuning stability and all but eliminates string breakage. What’s more, each set comes with three packs of strings and a collectible tin box featuring custom graphics by James himself!
