The Evans Genera HD Dry Coated Drumhead – 8" is a studio favorite for drummers who demand exceptional tone control, durability, and precision. Designed with a two-ply construction (7.5mil inner + 5mil coated outer), this head delivers punchy impact with reduced sustain and harsh overtones. A 2mil underside control ring and dry vent perforations around the edge work together to minimize unwanted resonance, producing a focused, drier tone that locks perfectly into the mix.
