Description

SKU ALF51815

Festival, by Brian Beck, captures the flash and brilliance of a Spanish pas a doble, challenging every section both technically and musically. With its changing meters, chromaticism, and exciting rhythmic interplay, students are going to be motivated to practice and will love sharing their performance. Perfectly suited for concert or contest use, it will be a highlight of your concert.
This piece honors the Fire Ant Festival, a city-wide celebration held every October in the Marshall, Texas. The town square is teaming with vendors, full of food, and concerts. (3:25)
