Description

Symphony No. 10 is a piece composed in 2012 by innovative minimalist composer Philip Glass , commissioned by the Orchestre Francais Des Jeunes for world premiere the same year. Symphony No. 10 is one of Glass 's most recent works, continuing a run of commissions that have been widely acclaimed by critics and audiences alike. The world premiere of this composition in five movements was performed on August 9th 2012, under the direction of Dennis Russell Davies.
