The Surfliner brings a lightweight, offset-waist solidbody to the Guild electric line-up, built around a solid poplar body for a comfortable balance sitting or standing. A satin-finished C-shaped maple neck with a 25.5" scale and 10" fingerboard radius keeps things fast under the fingers, with Narrow Jumbo frets running up to the 17th-fret neck join.

An HSS pickup configuration pairs DeArmond Aerosonic single-coils in the neck and middle with a Guild LB-1 humbucker at the bridge, switched through a seven-position rocker system for a wide spread of tones from glassy cleans to thicker rock voices.
