Description

SKU DBFS50110

The Jim Dunlop 50-110 Flatwound 4-String Bass Guitar String Set is designed for bassists seeking a rich, warm tone and smooth playability. These strings are crafted from durable stainless steel, ensuring a classic, mellow sound that is versatile across various musical styles.

Key features include:

- 4-string set

- Stainless steel flatwound construction

- Gauge sizes: .050, .070, .090, .110

- Designed for long scale basses

- Heavy gauge for a full, robust tone

These flatwound strings provide a clear, solid fundamental and superior tonal versatility. By rolling off your bass' tone knob, you can transition from a modern, articulate punch to the deep, mellow thump that flatwound strings are renowned for.

Dunlop Flatwound Bass Strings are made with careful attention to detail, ensuring lower tension and consistent string-to-string tone and output. Each set is produced in smaller batches at Jim Dunlop's headquarters in Benicia, California, allowing for greater quality control.

Sealed in a protective bag for freshness and longevity, these strings embody over 50 years of expertise in string design, making them an excellent choice for bass players who value quality and performance. Made in the USA.
