Begins with five-note shapes Covers swing, rock and Latin styles Graduhally progresses through rhythm and range skills Lets you hear how each piece should sound on audio CD "I really want to express my own personal delight in John's Easijazz book. He writes with such understanding of the idioms and the limitations within which he must compose for really young pianists while never watering down or compromising his own inimitable style. Such a generous, impeccably presented selection of attractive, well-varied and useful pieces in a whole range of genres - a brilliant book to be used as a repertoire resource, a tutor, a sight-reading book, style guide - or just for having fun at the piano!" John York - Pianist and Teacher www.yorkpiano.co.uk "This book is ideal for developing coordination between the hands. As well as providing appealing short pieces for a concert, it would be perfect for the reluctant sight-reader to master hands-together playing."
