Since the 1950s, our Deep Talkin’ Bass^TMstainless steel flat wound strings have been synonymous with that sought after classic vintage tone. Our proprietary ribbon wire adds a subtle brightness, providing unparalleled longevity and response. Handcrafted with precision, our strings feature a smooth finish for effortless playability.

This set is compatible with Fender^® vintage THROUGH BODY Mustang^®bass guitars.

This set DOES NOT work with newer Mustang^® models that have TOP LOADING BRIDGES. Top loading models take any La Bella short scale set.

Wound Length of 34″ / the distance from the ball-end to where the silk begins is 34″. This includes a 1.75″ flexible tail by the ball-end.
