Vintage Tweed Cables for the Performing MusicianSpecifically designed for guitar and instrument applications, Lava Cable’s ELC Vintage Tweed cable is flexible and durable while providing outstanding high-definition signal transmission. For Vintage Tweed cable, Lava uses 99.99% pure oxygen-free copper and top-drawer components for superior performance in any situation. The ultra-low capacitance of Vintage Tweed — 21 picofarads per foot — hits the sweet spot for instrument cables to provide the best sound possible. Designed with the guitar player in mind, every aspect of this cable was engineered to provide for low microphonics, high reliability, and excellent frequency response. High-quality G&H plugs are used, and each cable is assembled using German-made WBT silver solder. And like all Lava Cables, Vintage Tweed includes a lifetime warranty. Musicians have put Lava Cable Vintage Tweed to the test and can confirm that it delivers world-class performance and durability in demanding professional applications where failure is not an option.

Handmade and combat-testedDesigned by Mark Stoddard to withstand high heat and combat while he was deployed in Afghanistan, Lava guitar cables are trusted by countless professional musicians. In addition to offering good/better/best solutions for all types of gigging and recording applications, Lava Cable has improved existing concepts with innovative tools like the Tightrope DC plug, the DIY solder-free plug, and Lava mini soldered plugs. If you don’t already have a favorite instrument cable, it’s likely that you haven’t yet tried a Lava Cable.
