Product Information: Speaker Cables for the Performing Musician, Lava Cable developed the Tephra speaker cable based on years of combined user feedback from several different speaker cable types, using the best features of each. Tephra is a 13-AWG, 8-conductor stranded copper speaker cable that significantly enhances guitar amp tone and speaker performance. With a robust outer jacket and Neutrik connectors, Tephra is built tour-tough for the long haul. Lava Cable chose the name because the huge, explosive tone of Tephra speaker cables brings volcanic events to mind. You’ll be amazed at how big a difference the right speaker cable can make. Check out Tephra. Handmade and combat-testedDesigned by Mark Stoddard to withstand high heat and combat while he was deployed in Afghanistan, Lava cables are trusted by countless professional musicians. In addition to offering good/better/best solutions for all types of gigging and recording applications, Lava Cable has improved existing concepts with innovative tools such as the Tightrope DC plug, the DIY solder-free plug, and Lava mini soldered plugs. If you don’t already have a favorite speaker cable, it’s likely that you haven’t yet tried a Lava Cable.
