The BALANCED strings series was developed in collaboration with Paolo Costa to offer sets with the best string-to-string tone and feeling balance. Markbass created a magical blend mixing stainless steel bright and rich of harmonics tone with the warm and deep nickel sound. In fact these strings feature multiple winds, with the external wind made of nickel plated steel, and stainless steel winds undeneath.

The Balanced series offers a super balanced tone to take you from studio-tuned perfection to live stage performance.

Hand Made in Italy

Uses a unique blend of stainless steel and nickel.

Multiple winds - using an external nickel wind and stainless winds underneath
