The Martinez MM-GYPSYW-NST Gypsy Mandolin is a truly unique sounding instrument with its own distinct voice and feel. Our expert team here at Martinez have once again produced a high end instrument without the high end price tag. Traditionally used as an accompaniment in pre World War 2 recordings, the gypsy mandolin has recently come back into vogue and can be heard on many current day recordings. This Florentine style mandolin features a solid Spruce top and solid Mahogany back and sides, which means that its sound will mature and only get better with age. It also has an Ebony fingerboard and bridge, nickel plated hardware, perloid buttons, and is superbly finished off in Natural Satin. This is truly a very classy instrument that may be the only mandolin you will ever need to buy. Also included is a quality deluxe gig bag to ensure your new instrument is always well protected.
