Description

SKU KM00105

This medium level ballad from the Paramount Picture Romance In The Dark by Ned Washington and Hoagy Carmichael provides a Neal Hefti-style accompaniment for your vocalist to interpret this chart. After the complete melodic statement, the band plays a soft shout chorus in the Basie tradition, followed by the vocalist's return to the arrangement. The ending utilizes a similar pedal point statement as in the introduction. Duration 4:55
