The Ikeuchi SZ-12 is a professional Japanese carving knife with a 12mm right-hand bevel, designed for controlled carving, trimming and general fine woodworking.
The blade is made from two layers of hand-forged hardened steel, combining a hard cutting edge with a supporting steel layer. The 12mm blade provides excellent balance of control and cutting capacity for a range of carving and workshop tasks.
With an overall length of approximately 165mm, the SZ-12 is compact and easy to handle, making it well suited to detailed work where precision and control are important.
