Description

SKU KM43375

Mike Tomaro's Latin charts are well known for being challenging and exciting to play, and this sizzling samba is no exception. Playing at the indicated tempo (half note = 116 in cut time) is important to obtain the intended energy -- once established, the tempo and energy should not diminish and all horn figures should be played on top of the beat. Trombone and guitar carry the soloing duties, and rhythm section parts are partially notated with chords cued. Duration ca. 8:30.
