Description

SKU 363577

Considered one of the greatest drummers of all time, Louie Bellson had a little-known passion for writing poetry. Drummer/educator/author Dave Black, a longtime friend of Louie's, was shown this poetry on a visit to Louie's home, and compiled/edited the work into this book. Hudson Music is proud to bring you the thoughts, insights and musings of Louie Bellson. Featuring 58 poems, with Louie's original artwork on the cover and a reproduction of three poems in Louie's own hand, you will treasure this collection of verses on love, life, time, and more from one of the 20th century's great musicians.
