Description

SKU WJ3016721

Whiplash is a piece written for young band that explores rhythmic and motivic development in a thrilling and exciting manner. The title has a double meaning, referring first to the breakneck tempo, and second to the sharp report of the whipcrack through the piece. The combination of rhythm, energy, and changing meters working together make this a thoroughly exhilarating experience for students, conductors and audience! Whiplash Composer: Randall D. Standridge Publisher: Wingert-Jones Publications Series: Achievement Plus
