Description

The Yamaha JR2 is a compact 3/4-size acoustic modelled on Yamaha's long-selling FG series, shrunk to a body you can actually take with you. Its 540mm (21 1/4") scale and mini dreadnought body make it an easy guitar for younger players and smaller hands, and an easy one for anyone to grab off the wall.

A spruce top gives it a genuinely musical acoustic voice rather than the boxy sound small guitars are often stuck with, and the mahogany-pattern Ultra Thin Film finish on the back and sides keeps the looks smart without adding bulk. It comes with Yamaha's own gig bag, so it is ready to travel the day it arrives.
