Description

The LL16D ARE is the dress-up version of Yamaha's LL16 ARE, built on the same all-solid Original Jumbo foundation but finished with the kind of abalone inlay work more usually seen on Yamaha's flagship L Series models and is shown here in a jet-black gloss finish. A solid Engelmann spruce top, treated with Yamaha's Acoustic Resonance Enhancement (A.R.E.) process, sits over solid rosewood back and sides.

Abalone binding runs around the body, headstock and soundhole, and the ebony fingerboard carries diamond position inlays that pick up the light from the die-cast gold tuners. The onboard SRT Zero Impact pickup lets you plug straight into an amp, PA or interface while keeping the guitar's natural acoustic voice.
