Description

SKU ZJ26310

The LS6 ARE uses Yamaha's smaller Concert-style body and is shown here in a warm brown sunburst finish, built for players who want a comfortable, easy-to-handle acoustic without giving up projection. Its solid Engelmann spruce top is treated with Yamaha's Acoustic Resonance Enhancement (A.R.E.) process, ageing the top's tonal properties before the guitar ever leaves the factory.

Rosewood back and sides keep the tone bright and well balanced from low to high, ideal for fingerstyle playing as well as strumming. A five-ply mahogany and rosewood neck gives smooth, stable playability, and the onboard SRT Zero Impact pickup lets you plug straight into an amp, PA or interface while keeping the guitar's natural acoustic voice.

  • Solid Engelmann spruce top treated with Yamaha's A.R.E. process
  • Rosewood back and sides on a Concert-style small body
  • Five-ply mahogany/rosewood neck
  • SRT Zero Impact pickup for direct plug-in performance
  • Die-cast gold tuning machines
  • Gloss finish
