The LS6M ARE uses Yamaha's smaller Concert-style body and is shown here in a natural gloss finish that lets the mahogany grain show through, built for players who want a comfortable, easy-to-handle acoustic without giving up projection. Its solid Engelmann spruce top is treated with Yamaha's Acoustic Resonance Enhancement (A.R.E.) process, ageing the top's tonal properties before the guitar ever leaves the factory.

Mahogany back and sides add power and warmth without losing the L Series' articulate character, well suited to fingerstyle playing. A five-ply mahogany and rosewood neck gives smooth, stable playability, and the onboard SRT Zero Impact pickup lets you plug straight into an amp, PA or interface while keeping the guitar's natural acoustic voice.
