Description

The Yamaha PAC012 is the entry point into the long-running Pacifica line - a genuine HSS solid-body electric built to give new players real Strat-style versatility without a big outlay. It's finished here in an eye-catching Red Metallic.

An agathis body carries a bolt-on maple neck with a satin polyurethane finish and a rosewood or walnut fingerboard, so the feel is fast and comfortable straight out of the box. Two Ceramic single-coil pickups in the neck and middle positions sit alongside a Ceramic humbucker at the bridge, switched via a 5-position lever switch for everything from clean, glassy tones to a fatter humbucker growl.

A vintage-style tremolo bridge adds classic pitch-bend and vibrato effects, and simple master volume and master tone controls keep it easy to get to grips with for a first electric guitar.
