Description

SKU VLB226

The violin repertoire had to do without Ysaye's Sonata Op. 27bis for almost a hundred years. Only recently was the work discovered in posthumous manuscripts and published here for the first time. The sonata posthumously originated in the context of Ysaye's famous cycle of six solo sonatas for violin and is in no way inferior to them. Sonate posthume Op. 27bis Composer: Eugene Ysaye Publisher: Schott Music Instrument: Violin Format: Violin Solo Pages: 16
